Street Place Pub & Eatery located in Shullsburg WI, only 20 minutes from
Galena Illinois, offers a Pub Style menu with specialty sandwiches,
salads, arguably the best burgers in the region, and entrees ranging from
fish to steak. Friday is Fish Fry night. Daily and weekly specials capitalize
on the freshest food available from our local suppliers. In addition our
menu includes national and regional beers and a nice selection of wine personally
chosen by the proprietors Gary and Susan. Sit down for a great meal
in either of our two dining areas or sit at the 1800's style bar to enjoy
a brew chilled in the old bank vault. A view of historic Water Street is
enjoyed through the 9' tall Victorian era front windows.

as the First National Bank of Shullsburg. The bank vault doors are kept
open since we keep the coffee and other refreshments in the vault now. While
