Water Street Place Historic Inn - Guest Rules

• Payment may be made by VISA, MC, cash, or personal check.
• Reservations must be secured with a deposit of 1 night's lodging.
• Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone or email.
• A 10 day notice for cancellation is required for deposit refund,
  minus $15.00 administrative fee.
• Late cancellations are subject to deposit forfeiture if we are unable to rebook the room.
• Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Special arrangements can be made for check-ins up to 9 pm and for wedding night couples. No initial check-ins after 9pm (exception for wedding night couples).
• Check-out is before 11 am.
• All rooms are for single or double occupancy only.
• The historic inn is not appropriate for children.
• No pets please.
• Early arrivals are welcome to check in and drop off luggage.
• Special requests - we will gladly handle special occasion arrangements.
• No smoking. The entire Water Street Place is very proud of its non-smoking environment.
• Gift certificates are available.
• Open year round.
• We attempt to respond to all reservation requests within 24 hours.
