Payment may be made by VISA, MC, cash, or personal check.
Reservations must be secured with a deposit of 1 night's lodging.
Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone or email.
A 10 day notice for cancellation is required for deposit refund,
minus $15.00 administrative fee.
Late cancellations are subject to deposit forfeiture if we are unable to rebook the room.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Special arrangements can be made for check-ins up to 9 pm and for wedding night couples. No initial check-ins after 9pm (exception for wedding night couples).
Check-out is before 11 am.
All rooms are for single or double occupancy only.
The historic inn is not appropriate for children.
No pets please.
Early arrivals are welcome to check in and drop off luggage.
Special requests - we will gladly handle special occasion arrangements.
No smoking. The entire Water Street Place is very proud of its non-smoking environment.
Gift certificates are available.
Open year round.
