Our bed & breakfast style historic inn occupies the second floor of a beautifully restored 1883 building. Each of the 4 guest rooms have all the modern conveniences and expectations built in, yet the historic ambiance is carefully preserved and maintained.

The main floor of Water Street Place is beautifully restored. Prominently featured is the 1900's solid brick, walk in bank vault. The vault was the focus of attention during a violent 1925 bank heist. Five charges of nitroglycerin were used to blow open the doors. Now, enjoy the ambience of a wonderfully restored by-gone era.
